The proposed solution offers an integrated system and automated services to optimize the organization and operation of museums and cultural institutions, as well as to limit the treatment of the public as an undifferentiated mass of passive visitors, either by selling the information system, or based on the subscription model “SaaS”, with the possible adoption of the hybrid revenue model with the integration of advertisements, the promotion of offers, the sponsorship model, etc.). The project evaluated the possible scenarios (business models) and steps for the full commercialisation and potential scaling of the research and innovation product across the museum/cultural ecosystem. The project analyzed qualitative/quantitative evaluations of the scenarios (SWOT, Cost-Benefit) costing and ways to market and exploit the system.
